You will absolutely enjoy our dynamic teen and adult classes. We focus on both real life self defense scenarios and traditional martial arts technique and philosophy. Our program was designed to build up and improve your self-confidence through the development of martial arts skills and abilities. You'll feel better and look better as you see improvement in your flexibility and fitness level. You'll also notice a reduced level of stress giving you more energy to enjoy the rest of your life. Next, you will master “easy to learn”, proven self-defense techniques that will give you confidence to protect yourself and your family if the need ever arises.
Our Adult program was designed with three primary goals based on the specific needs of this group:
1. To teach traditional martial arts with respect and promote the personal development of our students
2. To instill a sense of accomplishment while improving the self-esteem
and self-confidence of the students
3. To develop the physical, mental, and emotional self-defense skills
that will prepare our students for life today and tomorrow
a. One step sparring & jiu-jitsu for defense against punches, pushes or grabs
b. Adrenal stress training and de-escalation theories to deal with verbal encounters
c. Physical fitness, strength, flexibility and conditioning
d. Dynamic kicking classes including fitness kickboxing workouts

Classes
divided by skill level – we subdivide
our teen and adult classes classes into
smaller groups to focus on the specific needs
of beginner, intermediate and advanced
students. This allows students to train
at the appropriate level for constant

Top Flight Instruction – Our Black Belt instructors are certified and taught by Master John Bussard. They are trained in the most modern and effective teaching methods to ensure that all our students are taught properly and safely. In addition, our staff knows how to make sure that classes are fun and enjoyable.
Flex-Schedule – We understand that our students lives are very busy. That's why we recommend that students try to average approximately two classes per week. We offer a very flexible schedule to allow for a wide variety of days and times to choose from for your convenience.
Safe and Clean Learning Environment – All of our schools are professionally cleaned every evening to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for our students to train in. We understand how important this is to our student body.
